We accept returns within 14 days from the date of order receipt. After 14 days from delivery, we cannot accept returns.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all orders. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged or defective if they were intact at the time of shipment by the merchant.

We do not accept returns for items purchased on final sale. These items are clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, send an email to info.lmshop3@gmail.com or use the “Contact Us” form, providing the order number and the reason for the return. Specify whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

After receiving your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email, along with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please ensure you follow the instructions carefully to ensure your return is handled correctly.

Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories. The item must be in original condition, undamaged and unused. Use the prepaid shipping label to return the item. Make sure to deliver the package to the designated courier within 7 days from the return authorization.

Refund

Once the return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that the time required to see the refund in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info.lmshop3@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or, if you prefer, refund the full amount.

Additional Notes

Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, items that show signs of use, damage, or lack of parts.
